Meet your trainer:

Philip Holt
Prize winning author and Lean Transformation Expert

Philip has over 30 years of experience in business leadership roles across the customer value
chain. He is a transformational leader and a respected author.

Philip has held several leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at GKN Aerospace, where
he led the Lean transformation of the world’s leading multi-technology tier 1 Aerospace supplier.

Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Intelligent Automation at Travelport, and Head of Continuous Improvement for Philips.
